Located on the island's eastern side, in Gothem Vitviken, our oasis is a sanctuary for cottage rental and summer accommodation. Our place, close to farming and nature, with open farms and shops year-round, offers an opportunity to rent a cottage on Gotland and enjoy accommodation with a pool. Explore the enchanting white beach of Vitviken, a well-preserved secret for those seeking seaside accommodation. Here, by the sea, the Gotlanders have enjoyed since time immemorial. With Visby, and its rich history, just a half-hour away, your experience is complete.

The Villa

The house consists of two apartments with a total of 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 beds. There are a total of 6 beds. The apartments are approximately 100 square meters in size with separate entrances, kitchens, bathrooms and patios.

Offer for 2023, our first rental year, the price for each apartment will be 25500crowns/week including cleaning and bedding.

It is absolutely possible to rent the entire house for larger groups or companies. Our accommodation is also perfect for conferences or celebrating weekends. Are pets allowed in the house?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house due to allergies. We appreciate your understanding.
What is the cost of renting the house during Almedalsveckan?

The prices for renting the house during Almedalsveckan are the same as during other weeks. We aim to provide consistent and fair prices throughout the year. Please contact us if you have any further questions or if there is anything specific you would like to discuss regarding your booking.
How far is it to Visby?

Villa Vitviken is ideally located with proximity to some of Gotland's most popular destinations. The distance from Villa Vitviken to Fårö and Visby is approximately 35 minutes, while it takes about 40 minutes to reach Ljugarn or Kneipbyn. This central location makes it convenient for our guests to explore and enjoy attractions in the surrounding areas. Do all tenants have access to the pool?

Everyone has access to the pool area. It's important to shower before swimming and remove makeup before entering the pool. The pool is maintained by the hosts daily. Pool towels are provided at no cost.
Is cleaning included?

Yes, cleaning is included in the price to ensure that the accommodation is always in top condition when you arrive. It is part of our commitment to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience for our guests. You can rest assured that you will arrive at a freshly cleaned and well-maintained home, ready to welcome you for a relaxing stay.
Where is the nearest grocery store?

At Villa Vitviken, you have convenient walking distance to smaller stores for basic necessities. For more extensive shopping options, such as an ICA and Coop store, Slite is only about a 15-minute drive away.
Can the house be booked during Gotland Grand National (GGN)?

It is perfectly possible to rent the whole or part of the house and is particularly suitable for events like Gotland Grand National. The house not only offers comfortable accommodation but also has a garage and laundry facilities, which can be especially convenient for participants or visitors to the event.
